"My boyfriend and I came here for one a night stay. We stayed in a standard beach view room and it could not have been better. Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if...

"We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles. "

"Brief one night stay whilst we attended a concert. Brilliant location - 5 minute walk to stadium! Great pub 30 seconds away! Rooms aren’t en- suite but there are plenty of bathroom facilities in the property it wasn’t an issue. Nice basic breakfast available in the morning which was plenty of choice available."

Comfortable bed and pillows (we snoozed our alarm!) Super soft towels. It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff. It has both single and double size rooms and I usually choose a single. "Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends."
