"Their listing said they were pet friendly but arriving with a small well-behaved dog, they said they weren't pet friendly and refused to give a refund. They also refused to give a receipt for the money I had paid. Also, they don't have an elevator so you have to lug your baggage up the stairs."

"Wonderful view from our window of the Columbia River. Clean quiet rooms. A basic breakfast was available. It was filling but not ideal. Mostly starchy carbohydrates with dry eggs and thin, dry sausage patties. The hotel is undergoing a renovation so currently not offering full amenities. There is a river walk path outside and a restaurant near by."

"First, the key card given to me at check in had the wrong number written on it. After three attempts to enter my room, back at front desk , the clerk simply wrote corrected number on card and said Sorry. Very noisy nights, children running the hall. Last, but not least, ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower. BTW, there's no cold water. That faucet simply doesn't work."

"There was many options for the breakfast. Every staff member was nice and cordial and engaged in conversation. Room was well stocked plenty of towels in the pool area and they went above to make it special for my daughter. They even had little dog bones by the door and water for when you come in. My only thing is pool and hot tub could have be warmer! Definitely coming back here! Thank you for the amazing memories "

"The staff are the best part of this hotel. Pool was nice and big but dirty, breakfast was normal, room smelled awful, sink faucet was broken, office chair was broken, one small garbage can for entire room, microwave smelled gross."

"We had no blankets, no kleenex, no hair dryer, no silverware, and one washcloth. And there was only one bedside table. These rooms have only the bare minimum contents. I probably would not stay here again."
