"We arrived at 2 pm, check-in was at 4, but Bella said that our room was already ready! We had room 117 which came with a screened in lanai, very nice. Kitchen had a full size fridge, coffee maker, stove and microwave. Our stay was only 3 nights, but very nice."

"We only spent the night there. The thing that made my stay really bad was the theft of my jewelry that I left by accident. You see, we were heading to key west for a snorkeling trip so I took off my gold Hoop earrings, a gold rope chain with a gold and diamond cross, a gold box chain with a gold dolphin pendant and a gold Hilton Head Island map pendant, a gold bangle bracelet and a gold Anklet. I left them on the nightstand and didn't realize they were missing until we got back to Cocoa Beach...

"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...
