"The stay was great, once I finally found the hotel. I’ve already reached out to hotels.com to try and get the location updated. The actual hotel is about four blocks away from where it currently shows on hotels.com. It was incredibly difficult to find because so few people speak English. I was only able to find it because there was something that said an intersection of two streets and finally through much translation someone was able to point me in the right direction. Hopefully, hotels.com can...

"Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The condition was so bad staff not friendly. The room was so uncomfortable dirty disgusting not very helpful at all. Staff are so rude and Elegant, not helpful some cases they raise their voice and shout don’t speak of English have to work with translator they have cheated me with the transport so many timesdon’t So many times "

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, especially from the manager, Hebe. She is truly outstanding — attentive, professional, and always a step ahead in making sure guests are well taken care of. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the free laundry and dryer facilities, which are incredibly convenient for travellers. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back.
