"We had a comfortable stay and the location was great. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well on arrival but staff came to clean it for us. We were sad the pool was closed for maintenance as that was partly why we chose this spot!"

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located. We were visiting for the local waterfalls. Everything was great. The only reason I'm going 9 out of 10 is because the pool was down. My kids live to swim and that was part of the reason for booking at this hotel. And of course, a pool isn't considered a major thing, so you aren't notified that it's inoperable. Outside of that, everything else was great. "
