"First great location!!! The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins. It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer! The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous. Overall recommend! "

"Such a beautiful home from when you enter and throughout! Extremely spacious, every appliance you could possibly need, dry goods in the pantry, game room was fun! Pool right across the driveway like walking distance, one problem there was is the water to the whole house shut completely off twice. Owner took good care of us and fixed the problem immediately with an app on his phone. Turns out it was a water safety feature that turned on and closed the water lines but the owner detached the system...

"This place is amazing. It is in a great location. Perfect for taking walks. Poipu beach is just minutes away. There is a hiking trail that takes you to caves and a hidden beach. It comes with a private deck that is shared with the condo next door. No need to schedule a whale watching tour. You can watch whales breach all day long. The deck overhangs the water below. There are turtles, fish, crabs, all kinds of sea life that is easily visible. Don’t waste your time looking for other places to...

"We had a wonderful stay at Nihi Kai! The condo was clean and had more than enough towels, dishes, cooking supplies, etc. They even provided umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. These were great for the easy walk down to Brennecke and Poipu beaches!"
