"Front desk man, Jerrel?, was amazing. He makes this hotel a GREAT experience from the moment you arrive. Wise choice for the hotel to choose him to represent, because he goes above and beyond to welcome guests. Rooms are great too. They are spacious and clean. Only critique would be I don’t like how you can’t remove the back cushions to the sleeper sofas. Kind of gross to think about everyone sitting or sleeping there and cushions can’t be removed or cleaned, but that isn’t a huge deal. We just...

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. Lots of space to park, very clean room. There is no shops nearby, and it’s one way road there and it’s kind of easy to miss your turn to the hotel cause there is no signs on this hotel, that was the only inconvenient thing there, but I liked my stay there a lot. "So I had accidentally made the booking right around midnight on Expedia and it immediately moved it to the next night and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to let me stay there that night instead and then because I had already used the Expedia reservation I guess it charged me, but it had charged me twice and every time that I tried to talk to somebody about this, they refused to believe me."
