"Very nice room, good location and easy to get to. Good breakfast. There were a couple of incidents that were no fault of the staff or hotel, but the staff handled them in an exemplary manner. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. "

"Nice, quiet, easy check-in, close to the airport, and shuttle to the airport. Staff is nice and friendly. Snack machine on 1st floor, but soda machine is on 3rd floor and wasn't working. Weird but not a big deal though. "

"No frills in a great location to head down to the James River or downtown area. The only area of possible concern is the parking garages have a low overhead. So if you are driving something tall, inquire about parking options outside of the two parking garages."
