"Clean roo"

"Finding out that the pool was closed the whole trip, which made this experience disappointing. I wish the hotel would send an update about this."

"All about it was a pleasant stay. No issues. Was surprised to see no small tiny trial size soaps, shampoo’s, conditioners and lotions . They had medium sizes of all the products right in the shower. It was much easier to have them in the shower. They also had to bins placed in the room to help recycling."

"Room was clean. Front desk was very helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was waffles,cold foods and bagels and a few pastries. The small play area was also nice. "

"Booked to hopefully use the pool and hot tub after the competition but it was packed."

"We were disappointed we could not check in before four. They said oh you used Expedia. Not sure if we could have if we booked directly. It was $20 for early check in. We were very disappointed as we had been up since five AM the lace was empty and room was ready. But rule was 4 pm. Or $20. Nice continental breakfast but restaurant closed. Complimentary early check will be a must next booking"

"Our room was not the cleanest. Specifically, the bathroom behind the sink basin was not cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom in lots of places, the door handles were dirty and the wall by the bed had something gross stuck to it. Other issues were that the tub did not drain at all, and the sink drained very slowly. The TV remote was missing the back panel. But...the beds were very comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice."
