"You do not get what you pay for. The property is very run down, there are no amenities to really speak of. But what's worse is there is absolutely NO SECURITY on the premises. The phone system did not work in both rooms I stayed in.The nighttime activity is at a high. The rent is not cheap, I expected more than what was here. "Good location and decent value near downtown Carmel. Room was clean and spacious, however the bed was not particularly comfortable and because there was no cross-ventilation or A/C, leaving windows open made for a noisy environment and limited privacy. Plumbing was also very noisy and toiletries were not high quality. Breakfast was passable, but the scrambled eggs lacked flavor and the OJ seemed very watered down. Of course, there are plenty of great breakfast options nearby if you're looking...

"I had understood this hotel was going to be renovated and be an actual good motel 6 or studio 6. There are a few still out there but currently all of them in Fresno are the nasty buggy kind…. Well so we booked it and paid the ridiculous $100 deposit and it was like $120 a night! Literally for that money you can book a good upscale hotel to at actually has amenities or shampoo etc. and thst would provide breakfast! This one provides nothing! Literally we got the room and it smelled so bad...
