"Great room but never saw a human. My key cards were left in an envelope on the office door, I arrived at almost 9 at night so OK. BUT when I went down to check out at 10:30am (they have an earlier than the usual 11am checkout) the office was still locked and there was a box for key cards. I usually ask desk staff questions about where to eat when I'm traveling. I had no idea this place was completely self serve. Felt super impersonal. "The rooms are OK, nothing special. The have a decent fridge. We stayed one night and it was constant noise from the other rooms, we didn't get any sleep. We've stayed here twice thinking the noise the first time was a fluke but we were wrong!"
