"I had a slip and fall and Noone from the staff came to my aide, not even a bit of concern by asking if I’m ok! I was pulled up from the floor by other guests who were more concerned than their team.! Unacceptable. "The beds were clean and comfortable, which was one of the positives. However, the overall condition of the room and hotel was disappointing.
