"The room was clean, the balcony was huge and there was nice mountain view. The property is very convenient to everything needed in my opinion. Train, multiple local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, cable car, etc. I didn’t love the fact that we had to remove our own bed linens and clean and put away all dishes before we left, but it is what it is. "It was a lovely experience. When staff realized that we were booked into a double room at the end of a steep staircase, they offered us a triple room on the second floor. For our hikes, we could use hiking sticks that were there for the guests to use. My wife could even use a pair of spikes. The food was wonderful prepared with love, and we had nice conversations. "
