"Kids running above us pretty much each night, other than that great experience. Staff top notch. Kitchen staff friendly, attentive. Desk staff excellent. "

"I did not like that the room was hot and stuffy when we first arrived. There was so much more. The staff was very nice, the jetted tub in the bathroom was awesome. Breakfast was crazy good, by far the best I’ve had in any hotel. A favorite, our family will be coming back."

"Great family owned motel. Managers were very accommodating, We did not eat breakfast because we had plans, so I can’t comment on that. Queen beds in this room were a bit firm for our taste, but king bed in room from previous trip were amazing! Will come back. "

"I loved the idea of having an evening dessert! Offered free ice cream and cookies 9:00 to 11:00 nightly. A nice perk!"

"The suite was awesome! Great amenities! Could of just stayed the whole time on the resort if we hadn't already had several plans. Will definitely be making a trip back soon!"

"Thus an older facility but has been maintained descently. The mattress probably needs to be replaced but I wouldn't necessarily say it was uncomfortable. The hot breakfast was good and free desserts in the evening was a nice touch. Staff was all business but friendly enough."

"It was so easy to book here! We wanted to extend our stay by a day and they were able to accommodate us no problem! The breakfast was great, perfect way to start the day. I enjoyed how safe the building was with key card access only. The pool was perfect for a hot afternoon and was relaxing. "

"Was a great place to stay only recommendations I can think of would be more pillows there was only two and I think the breakfast was not that great only had biscuits and gravy no meat options, Cereal and muffins but other than those things it was great place to stay "

"Michael the front desk was super kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and check in was a breeze. No complaints. This is our third time staying here and where we usually stay when we come to Branson. Very affordable and clean. "

"Room was cozy, clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed time at the pool in the afternoon. It was well-maintained, perfect temp for early August and not crowded. Actually enjoyed visiting with 2 other couples as we relaxed in the water. My wife enjoyed the 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea in the kitchen while I enjoyed the fresh cookies! Breakfast was fantastic as the hosts served us delicious menu options. The property is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of seating on the porches front and back...
