"Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day. More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport. "

"Best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The grounds are incredible and varied with a very large and amazing infinity-edge pool. Access to the beautiful white sand beach is by a road that is easily walkable or there is a shuttle that can take you (I did not use the shuttle so I can’t comment on it). The staff are universally friendly and helpful. There is a lovely spa in which I received a very well delivered massage. The only downside to the resort is that it is a fair way away from most other...

"The stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive. The pool and facilities were good. One area for improvement is probably the AC in the room. It could have been a bit more cold to make the sleep better."
