"This was our 4th stay at the Westin. The quality of the service has gone down just a bit, except for Michelle( the very best ) and Mike, both pool servers. They are cheerful and super efficient; always ready to help. We love the location, the walks in the morning for breakfast, shuttles to the beach; top notch!! Only downside was we came back from dinner/drinks @10:30 pm and power was out on the whole block 😔outside their control. Management was accomodating to this issue."
