The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. "All the staff were friendly and really helpful, especially the reception staff who found us an ice bucket and kindly filled it with ice 3 times,the room was very good except for a few niggles, the main one was even though there was a fan in the room which we didn't expect, sadly it was very dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned for many weeks, they did get it cleaned for us but it shouldn't have been like that in the first place,we did report it to the reception staff plus we told them...
