The staff are all super polite and helpful. The room was larger than i expected and very comfortable, well lit with good air con, sound proofing, hot shower etc... only drawback was the lack of power outlets for charging devices, a common problem in older properties. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. "
