"It was a spacious room, comfortable bed with good aircoditioning and black out curtains. Room service was food and food very good and plenty of options. Lobby and restaurant was good. All this made this hotel worthwile, so 5 stars. Some people may find these things important for a star rating so just mentioning.... No mini fridge and microwave in room though there was provision for this. The safe was inoperable. Lacked cleanliness in bathroom. Shower doors were heavily stained with hard water...

The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. "Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Pune this will be my first port of call."
