"Just OK. Not a high end hotel but OK. They should tell you about parking - which is offsite. We had to guess where to park. Also, very hard to get a taxi at night. Room was small but OK. Very hard to deal with the A/C controls."

"**The positives: *It was an easy stay, with low-stress check-in and check-out, no 'vacate the room so we can clean,' and a vending machine and shelves of manga on the first floor. *I was able to open the window far enough to stick my head out and get a breath of fresh air, which was nice. *The coin laundry machines got the job done: 2.5hrs, 600 yen, clean and dry clothes.👍 **Neutral: *There was construction going on, but aside from a bit of occasional noise during the day, it was a non-factor. ...

"Hotel room size is good, not too small as a boutique style hotel in Japan. Ideal hotel for guests come with car. Plenty parking space at hotel and around it's area. Room rate is good and includes breakfast, we booked just a day ahead. Onsen pool is clean and almost no female guests there using it. We enjoy this short stay and a free breakfast. Will recommend Routin group hotels to other guests. "
