Everything was exactly as described. Great location and amenities accommodated our fishing tournament needs perfectly. Host was quick to reapind when needed, though not much was needed at all. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

5-Star Review: A Perfect Setup for Boaters!Our stay at this property exceeded all expectations—the photos truly don't do it justice. The home is incredibly modern, clean, and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable home base for our trip.One of the biggest highlights for us was the garage. It was a massive bonus to have a secure place to store our boat and gear overnight. We also got plenty of use out of the Traeger grill; it worked perfectly and we cooked some fantastic meals on it throughout the week.The location is ideal for anyone looking to get on the water, as the local boat ramp is extremely close and very easy to navigate.Most importantly, the host's communication was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond when we ran into a mechanical issue with our boat, providing great local info to help us get it repaired and back on the water quickly.We’ve already decided this will be a return booking for us. Highly recommended!

Great Spot on Toledo Bend!We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, well maintained, and in a great location for enjoying the lake. Peaceful surroundings, great views, and easy access to everything we wanted to do while in the area visiting family. The owners were genuinely friendly and made us feel right at home! Everything was very easy and relaxing!Definitely recommend it to anyone heading out to Toledo Bend!

Wonderful place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, very roomy & very clean! About 3-5 minutes from the water park, stores/restaurants. We are already looking forward to going back.

Family wedding vacation

The house was very nice, clean, organized and really comfortable to stay at made it even better since it at had wifi and T.V’s in each room. It also had large windows we could look out to the lake and easy access to walk down to the lake at well!

Fathers Day Get Away

We arrived a few hours earlier at the suggestion of the host, which was a blessing, the house was clean and had a fresh smell as I entered, the house had everything needed from paper towels to a filled grill, my family had plenty room to relax, my daughter in law even found a dart board with darts in the garage they enjoyed, I recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place for family gatherings or just a getaway. I definitely will be staying again. The host were polite and I contacted them a couple of times and was greeted with sincere kindness and respect. Thank you Rob & Tammy.

Great place for family getaway

We went here to check it out and go to Zwolle tamale fiesta. Was comfortable, lots of dishes for cooking your own dishes so no going out to eat all the time. Would recommend.

We came here to enjoy a weekend in our new boat. Very quiet neighborhood and very close to a boat launch. Enough parking to fit the boat and truck. Owner was very quick to respond my question.

Family get away

We love this home very clean and Accurate to the listing we had a great time the owners were very easy to get in touch with had everything we needed for our stay nice restaurant near bye and groceries store at your fingertips the water was low so they fished from the boat ramp and caught plenty of catfish the house had plenty of room to spread out and the huge TV in the living room great for movie night and a plus is that all the bedrooms had smart TV we loved it will be back Thanks for sharing your home with us we loved it

Visited our Granddaughter for first time

The house had everything we needed & was nicely baby proofed for our 18 month old granddaughter. We had plenty of room to play & enjoyed having meals together made on the grill. We attempted to go out to eat but everything was closed in the area.
