    Ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes una villa de lujo totalmente equipada con capacidad para 10 personas. Consta de 5 dormitorios, cocina, salón, 4 baños. Una gran parcela con terraza, una piscina privada de 30 m2, un jardín grande y espléndido con flores y vegetación es perfecta si quiere huir de todo el ajetreo y relajarse con el sonido de los pájaros cantando. La cocina totalmente equipada con barbacoa cerca de la piscina es el lugar donde pasará más tiempo en los calurosos días de verano.
    La entrada a la propiedad rodeada de lámparas te hará sentir como si estuvieras en el cuento de hadas más hermoso.
    En la parte trasera de la Villa hay un gran parque con árboles y hamacas para relajarse.

    Esta impresionante villa se encuentra en una ubicación ideal entre el aeropuerto y el casco antiguo de Dubrovnik.

    Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a: WI-FI gratuito, 5 aires acondicionados, estacionamiento gratuito, piscina privada y parcela grande, TV con 8 SAT, lavadora, secadora, 2 lavaplatos. Terraza abierta amueblada con hamacas, instalaciones para barbacoa, cocina totalmente equipada cerca de la piscina, una terraza cubierta cerca de la piscina con juegos de asientos y tenis de mesa. La cuna está disponible y de forma gratuita como otros equipos para bebés bajo petición.

    Le ayudaré con toda la información y le diré lo que tiene que ver aquí. Le daré todas las instrucciones sobre viajes en barco, buenos restaurantes, actividades deportivas. En mi número de teléfono, puede llamarme en cualquier momento. Estaré a su servicio durante su estadía para todas sus necesidades.

    También ofrecemos excursiones en barco a las islas cercanas (cargo extra). Durante el viaje, explorará Kolocep, Lopud y Šipan, hermosas islas llenas de playas de arena, cuevas escondidas y naturaleza increíble. Definitivamente es algo que no te puedes perder.


    Nuestra villa está situada cerca del centro de Mlini. Playas, restaurantes, hermosos paseos cerca del mar, centro de buceo, kayaks, botes, bares, áreas de juegos para niños están a solo 10 minutos en auto de la Villa. Dubrovnik, la perla del Adriático, está a solo 15 minutos en coche.


    Hay aparcamiento gratuito justo enfrente de la villa. Ofrecemos traslados en furgoneta y automóviles privados a Dubrovnik y otros lugares que lo soliciten. Si viene con un avión, le ofrecemos un traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto (tarifa adicional).(Tenemos chofer privado con camioneta).

September Holiday

The property was clean and well stocked. The outdoor kitchen area was particularly impressive. Antonija was incredibly helpful arranging airport transfers and restaurant bookings. We would definitely recommend the OPG restaurant.

Absolutely lovely, such a great place to stay as a big group. The garden and heated pool was such a wonderful addition to our stay. We spent most evenings eating in the outside dining/kitchen area, which was a bonus as we were lucky with the weather. Antonija was always at the end of the phone to help and even sent over homemade Mille-feuille cakes for us all. George taxied us around and was always on hand, although I think next time we will probably hire a car. Thank you Antonija, your partner (sorry didn’t catch his name) and George, we had a lovely time.

Villa Divine was Divine

We stayed at Antonija & Pero’s villa for 12 nights. We had the most wonderful stay at the villa. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful gardens and pool. The outdoor kitchen was a real hit, especially with the drinks fridge, USB chargers and speaker. We had very little reason to be inside the villa. We loved the hammock and fig trees too. Antonija was a great host recommending the local OPG which was a brilliant experience, we are still talking about the delicious potatoes! And the boat trip she organised was one of our favourite days out. Highly recommend. The villa is in a great location for the airport, and Dubrovnik. We hired one car for the duration and then used Ubers and never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a car. Despite the Covid restrictions we had the most amazing hoooday at this villa and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to families looking to experience Dubrovnik and the islands but wanting some peace and quiet. Recommend a visit to Cavtat too. The Reggae bar at sunset is great too.

Beautiful Villa

We rented Vila Divini for my partners 60th Birthday, we had 10 Adults staying there. Antonija and Pero the owners were lovely hosts and went out ther way to make our stay special. The Villa is beautiful indoors and outdoors.

Excellent property and hosts

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Divina and wished we could have stayed longer. The property is spotless inside and out, it is extremely modern yet comfortable and the hosts, Antonija and Pero go above an beyond to make sure you are happy. There were 4 adults and a 13 year old and we had way more than enough space to dine, lounge and enjoy the beautiful backyard, pool and outdoor kitchen. We loved the peace and quiet of the neighborhood but also found it very easy to get a ride down to the beach or into Dubrovnik. We definitely did not need a car and it seemed like parking in Dubrovnik is a big hassle so be aware. Antonija had many great suggestions for activities for us and they were all amazing. She booked a tour of old town Dubrovnik for us and we all absolutely loved it. Darko was our guide and he was the best! She reserved us a table at the Panorama Restaurant which we highly recommend for delicious food and breathtaking views. She booked an amazing island boat tour for us as well as my favorite meal of the trip at the nearby OPG. We loved everything about this property and our overall experience. There were a lot of little extras that we appreciated such as a Ninja blender, clothes pins for the drying rack, plenty of laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, good olive oil and delicious whole bean coffee with a simple to use espresso machine. We highly recommend Villa Divina.

Exceptional host and villa in a beautiful part of Croatia

Fantastic experience from start to finish; we can't praise Antonija highly enough for her help - in addition to the lovely villa she's set up, she went above and beyond to be available to us during our stay. She recommended the best local beach (Plat - much easier (and free) parking than Mlini and also a good place to catch the water taxi into Dubrovnik); organised a lovely walking tour of Dubrovnik old town and got us an amazing table at the restaurant, Panorama, at the top of the cable car; booked us a special meal at the local OPG - incredible value for a three-course meal with drinks, and a lovely experience for our last night in Croatia. She was very responsive to our WhatsApp messages. The villa itself is truly lovely - fitted out to a really high standard and with air conditioning in all the main rooms. Two beautiful and enormous wet rooms upstairs serving the three first floor bedrooms (two of which have access to a small balcony) and two smaller shower rooms downstairs serving the remaining two bathrooms. The downstairs living space is really ample and the kitchen is well equipped (the ice-making fridge was a particular favourite with the family). The outdoor kitchen and pool area were really well thought out and it was a treat to swim lengths of the pool with the view of the hills in the distance. An exceptionally well-manicured garden gave us a place to play frisbee, and we also enjoyed a couple of family table tennis tournaments. A hire car is probably useful although there are shops 2.5 km away (which is walkable) and you would probably get away with using taxis if you didn't want to hire.
