Villa Libertas is located in Mlini, which belongs to Dubrovnik-Neretva County. It is 13 km from the city of Dubrovnik, and nearby is the city of Cavtat, which is 15 km away. The villa is perfect for a peaceful and beautiful holiday that you will spend with family and friends.



Villa Libertas was built in 2020 in a contemporary style of construction where you will be comfortably accommodated in 150 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 500 m2. The nearest sea and beach are 450 metres from the villa, and there are also restaurants and cafes nearby. Fully air-conditioned, Villa Libertas offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people, who have 5 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is located on the ground floor and has an attached ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin, and there are two more ordinary bathrooms that also have shower cabin. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and two more are located on the highest level of the villa, where there is also a gallery with a reclining sofa.



One of the advantages of Villa Libertas is the fact that from its premises you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding area.



On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TV. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a table for 8 people, and there is also a fully equipped kitchen where you will happily prepare meals for your loved ones.



The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, which is a real little paradise and contains a pool of 25 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. The additional equipment of the pool is represented by 6 hydromassage jets, and next to it, there are also 8 deckchairs for sunbathing and garden furniture facing the direction of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding area, where you can enjoy reading your favourite book with a relaxing view. The villa also has a beautifully landscaped garden with a bench and an outdoor charcoal and wood grill. You can try the prepared dishes on the covered outdoor dining table.



Additional facilities that you can use during your stay include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and a baby cot and feeder are available on request.



The yard is fenced, and the villa offers 1 parking space in the garage, and 1 more space outside the yard.

The town of Milni is perfect for nature lovers, it offers every visitor a lot of fun and local activities such as diving, jet-skiing, fishing, cycling, or water skiing.
