I like a very firm bed, and this one was excellent. The shower temperature controls were very responsive. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Great location, room was new and in fantastic condition. Staff was extremely friendly. The check in instructions were a little unclear, but everything was fantastic after that.
