"So ist das Hotel sehr schön gelegen und alle waren sehr nett und freundlich. Ich hatte eine Doppelzimmer gebucht, wir waren zu dritt( 1 Erw.und 2 Kinder).Da wurde auch gefragt wegen Zustellbett ,aber das Doppelbett war wirklich groß und ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Schade das wir nur 2 Bettdecken ..."

"Several encounters with rude staff. Front desk unprofessional and made unacceptable comments. Perhaps need to revisit basic hospitality foundation and understand their job. Would never stay there again just for the staff."

"Perfect location- parking was free across the street by the river from 5 pm- 8am so very convenient. It is 4 flights of stairs so that should be noted in case someone would have difficulty with that. Very near shopping/restaurant area! Loved it."
