"Incredibly noisy- no sound proofing between rooms, levels, hallway. So sad because it was really cute and a great location."

"I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."

"LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately."

"The room floor was sticky, the smell was unpleasant and the shower was dirty with hairs and some other stains of I don’t know what. Staff was helpful but the room was not."

"The place is ok, but it is at the level of a NYLO or an Aloft, not a $250 a night place that also has the nerve to add on a resort fee (also called a maintenance fee or something like that, we heard 2 stories). The pool is nice if you like people 6” from you and blaring music, but the rooms were super noisy so expect to hear everyone going to and from their rooms, and your neighbors activities."

"We were surprised by having to pay for internet. At over $300 per night, we should not have to pay to access the WiFi. I have stayed at several Omni hotels and this one seemed to be more run down and did not seem to care as much as other Omni hotels. The ladies in the gift shop were not friendly. I don’t think anyone from the hotel even spoke to me after check in. Just different than other experiences."

"Plenty of space could have a better equipped kitchen, no glasses just coffee cups. And over the weekend the parking garage didn’t lock so anyone could enter at any time. "

"We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub...

"This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location!! The attached restaurants are very good, the staff is very friendly. However, the room configuration is extremely strange with the bathroom essentially subdivided by a hallway. There’s no privacy, including a beveled door for the toilet lol not sure who thought that was a good idea?! Also, the pool is incredibly small. Perhaps I should’ve known that, but from the pictures, it looks dramatically different."

"The staff was lovely- responsive & helpful. The property is conveniently located close to the highway so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel. The property was maintained but my guess is that it hasn’t been updated for awhile- overall a good place to stay."

"My wife and I stayed for our 5th anniversary and the hotel and suite did not disappoint. This was our first night away from our toddler since she was born and the whole experience was perfect. "

"Room wasn't as clean door from kitchen cabinets was broken a huge nasty stain on bed and curtains"

"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."
