"They met and exceeded our expectations! For reference we stayed 5 days 4 nights with 8 people (myself, my husband, our son, his wife, their 6 month old son, and our 3 daughters) Upon arrival eveything was exactly as shown in the pictures (nicer and more spacious in my opinion) I was so thrilled to find out that the bunk bed was actually a full size mattress on top and bottom making it much more accommodating for my pre teen, teen & young adult daughters to share. "I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful. "Pague extra por habitación frente a la alberca pero me dieron un cuarto hasta la esquina entonces jamás podía ver la alberca. Necesitaba estar checando a mi hija de 8 años! Lo peor fue encontrar basura de comida y cajas de comida en el balcón . Decidí ir a recepción y explicar la situación y me dieron otro cuarto justo abajo del otro donde de igual manera no se veía la alberca!"

"The room was good. The floor was dirty when we went in but they came and cleaned it for me the next day. They need more hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The breakfast was really good! The pool needs maintenance. A lot of loose concrete and missing concrete in and around the pool. Nice views though but very limited seating. Elevators were quick. There were lots of great places walkable to eat and shop. I would stay again."
