Semi-detached house "Haffmuschel" for your best time of the year

On an area of 67 m² over three floors you will find everything for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there is the comfortably furnished living and dining area with a fireplace and a guest toilet. The very well-equipped kitchen contains everything you need for cooking in addition to an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. In addition to a bathroom with an open shower of 1.20 mx 0.90 m, there are also two bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom has a double bed 1.60 mx 2.00 m and the second bedroom has a double bed 1.40 mx 2.00 m. A staircase leads from the second bedroom to the open loft (max. Standing height 2.12 m). Here are two more beds 0.90 mx 2.00 m.

The cozy and spacious terrace will definitely be your favorite place if you want to relax outdoors or plan a convivial barbecue. On cooler evenings, make yourself comfortable with the whole family or with friends in the cozy living room with a fireplace.

Our "Haffmuschel" is located on the Stettiner Haff in the southeast of the island of Usedom.

The landscape of the so-called Achterland is highly valued by those seeking relaxation because of its clear lakes, its green forests and the many colorful meadows. If you like a bit more hustle and bustle: the imperial baths on the Baltic Sea beaches can be reached from here in a few minutes!

Schönes Haus mit holpriger Verwaltung

Ein ansprechend eingerichtetes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen. Gefehlt hat ein Spielplatz, Tischtennisplatte o.ä. auf dem Gelände. Mangelhaft war die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin, deren Service und Erreichbarkeit.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann . Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und jedes Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten groß und super zum Spielen für Klein und Groß. Wer Ruhe sucht und mal entspannen will der findet es dort . Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist über eine Treppe im zweiten Schlafzimmer zu erreichen und für größere Kinder ein toller Ort zum spielen und schlafen . Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Haffmuschel und kommen gerne wieder . Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos und immer freundlichen . So muss Urlaub sein . Vielen Dank

Rundum perfekt und gemütlich

Wir hatten zu fünft eine wunderbare Zeit in Zirchow. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Gut zu wissen ist vielleicht, dass das Zimmer im Spitzboden über eine Treppe im kleineren Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist - es handelt sich also nicht um drei voneinander getrennte Zimmer. Das war für uns aber kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Semmler von der Hausverwaltung war sehr unkompliziert und verlässlich. Das Ferienhaus würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
