  • The house 2 in Zirchow is built in bungalow style and invites with its 96 m² up to 7 people to spend their holidays there.
    Far away from the imperial baths, the holiday home is infrastructurally well connected to the road and cycle path network.
    The bright open living-dining area with fireplace and the open fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. On the covered terrace, overlooking the spacious garden, you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. The first bedroom contains double bed and bunk bed. The second larger master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The house has a daylight shower and a separate guest toilet. Furnished with great attention to detail, you have a comfortable holiday home available, which is particularly suitable for a family holiday in the countryside. Parking is available on the property. The house is dog friendly.


    Investment:

     The holiday complex in the main street 22f in Zirchow is quiet, far away from the imperial baths, but infrastructurally well connected to the road and cycle paths. The complex offers you two holiday homes, built in bungalow style. A holiday with a dog is possible.

    Stylish furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi and terraces with barbecue facilities and seating facilities are part of the equipment of the two holiday homes.
    The property is completely fenced and has a small playground. This makes the houses perfect for families with children. Two parking spaces are available on the property each.

    The neighboring Korswandt and the Wolgastsee can be easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. The Wolgastsee offers several recreational opportunities, such as pedal boats, rowboats, fishing, cycling and hiking. To the imperial baths you drive approx. 10 minutes.

Rund herum super schönes Ferienhaus in der Nähe der Kaiserbäder

Eigentümer/rin sind super freundlich (leben nebenan). Der Hof, das Haus und sein Innenleben sind weit schöner als die Fotos es hergeben. An Grundausstattung ist alles da, was es braucht. Als langjährige Usedom-Besucher würden wir dieses Haus auch nochmal mieten :)

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr sauber , praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles , was gebraucht wird und noch viele Extras dazu . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick in den Garten ist es schon wert , in diesem Haus seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Der eigentliche Vermieter war ebenfalls vor Ort und sehr freundlich. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt und er hat sofort einen neuen gekauft. Soetwas gibt es selten. Die Kinder waren ebenfalls begeistert. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Ein sehr geschmackvoller, liebevoll eingerichteter Bungalow mit ausreichend Platz. Dazu ein wunderschöner, sehr gepflegter Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Da wir mit Hund reisen, suchten wir ein Grundstück mit Zaun. Der ist auch vorhanden, aber leider für kleine Hunde nicht ausbruchsicher,so dass unser Dackel die ganze Zeit an der Leine bleiben musste.

Das Haus war in Wirklichkeit viel schöner, als auf den Bildern. Vor allem der Garten ein Traum! Wir hatten noch dazu das Glück, wirklich das gesamte Areal für uns alleine zu haben, die Besitzer waren scheinbar vereist (haben ebenfalls ein Haus auf dem Grundstück) und das 2. Haus (Zirchnow 1) war in den 2 Wochen, die wir dort waren nicht belegt. Für alle Hundebesitzer: zum Haus Zirchow 1 gibt es einen Zaun, zum Haus der Grundstückseigentümer nicht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war hochwertig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Usedom.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Zirchow, Haus 2 gebuchtfür fünf Erwachsene Personen- alles Familie.Der erste Eindruck war super- so wie auch alle weiteren.Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig, Dusche incl. Toilette und eine weitere separate Toilette geben ein gutes Gefühl, bei vielen Personen. Auch Einrichtung und Ambiente der Räume hat uns sehr gefallen. Ausstattung von Küche und Wohnbereich -praktisch und ausreichend.Der Garten um das Gebäude ist professionell angelegt mit gepflegtem Rasen, Sträuchern, Bäumen und Blühpflanzen,sowie einem Super-Koi-und Seerosenteich.Eine Freude für das Auge und Balsam für die Seele.Daumen hoch für Herrn Sellin und ebenso für seinen freundlichen Empfang bei unserer Anreise.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Ostseeurlaub, selbst das Wetter war, wie immer, große Klasse.Herzlichen Dank, dem gesamten Team undfreundliche Grüße von Familie Schmidt

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ruhig gelegen und mit einem schönen angrenzendem Gartenbereich, den man nutzen kann. Optimale Parkmöglichkeiten und sehr nette Eigentümer (wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück), die alles möglich machen. Pro Home Ferienvermietung kann ich auch nur empfehlen. Hier wird Freundlichkeit und Service noch gelebt! Da gibt es hier auf der Insel leider auch nicht so gute Vermittlungen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Pro Home Ferienvermietung buchen.
