The comfortable holiday apartment on the outskirts of the village is spread over 2 levels and is located in an apartment building with a total of 4 residential units. Unobstructed view of the Achterwasser, the Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.5 km away, the dyke on the Achterwasser approx. 500 m away. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered seating area, flat screen TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each, 1 x via stairs), kitchen with kitchenette (electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer) and dining area, shower/WC, washing machine, 2 balconies, central heating, partly underfloor heating. There is a car parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room. A cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a marina, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied holiday. There are regular spa and cultural programmes in summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air theatre throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 metre long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland.
