Summary:
This bright, spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen is located in the heart of the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz. The Baltic Sea beach and a range of restaurants, sights and shopping facilities are all within walking distance.

The Space:
The family-friendly, spacious vacation apartment with its bright rooms and modern furnishings ensures an all-round carefree vacation feeling.
The living area is open to the fully equipped large kitchen and promises sociable evenings together. Prepared meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table or on the balcony overlooking the greenery. The living area also offers a cozy seating area with an armchair and a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed. There is also a TV for a quiet end to the day. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and a closet. The second bedroom has two single beds set apart. In the bathroom, light-colored tiles round off the modern furnishings with a glass-walled shower, vanity mirror and mirror cabinet.
As a highlight of the accommodation, there is a large indoor pool, a sauna with relaxation area, a table tennis table and a bicycle and laundry room in the communal areas. Due to the current situation, the sauna and pool must unfortunately remain closed until November 30, 2020.

For children there is a high chair and crib in the accommodation, if desired. A bottle warmer, children's books and board games are also available. The vacation property also has a parking space.

The Neighborhood:
The vacation apartment is located in the middle of the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz and is surrounded by restaurants, shops and parks. The Baltic Sea beach itself and several sights and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Getting Around:
The “Zinnowitz” train station is close to the accommodation.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
