    In this comfortably furnished vacation apartment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and electric kettle).

    The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed.

    Enjoy your stay even during the cooler months by the crackling flames of the romantic fireplace.

    The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.

    The apartment features real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating and includes an underground parking space. Enjoy YOUR most beautiful days of the year here.

    The suite includes a large, furnished north-facing balcony with a sea view—the perfect spot to relax with a glass of Prosecco.

    Of course, you’re welcome to use the washer-dryer provided in this comfortable apartment (for a fee).

    If you’re traveling by electric car, the owner offers a 22 kW charging station on Friedenstraße.
