Welcome to the “Otter” vacation home, your cozy retreat for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. This 69-square-meter mid-row house on two levels is quietly situated on the edge of the forest in the idyllic Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst—just about a 15-minute walk from the fine sandy beach.
On the first floor, the bright living area with a cozy seating area, TV, and DVD player invites you to relax. The dining table comfortably seats four people. The adjacent, well-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher—ideal for cooking together in the evenings. There is also a guest restroom and a convenient entryway area.
From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terrace—the perfect spot for breakfast al fresco or a glass of wine at sunset.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (two 90×200 cm mattresses), the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
A special highlight of the house: As a guest, you’ll enjoy direct access to the shared sauna in the vacation park—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or a bike ride through the Darß Peninsula. This turns your stay into a true wellness getaway in a vacation home with a sauna.
For children, the vacation park offers a large playground with a climbing frame, swings, a carousel, a seesaw, a sandbox, a ping-pong table, and even a real play ship. A free swimming pool, open year-round, is also available.
Culinary delights await you at the “Waldhaus” restaurant, featuring Nordic-Bavarian cuisine (reservations at 0179-). Since 2024, two charging stations for electric cars have been available directly in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and peacefully situated at the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that is open daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a merry-go-round, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been two charging stations, each with two charging points (max. 22 kW), in the outdoor parking lot of the vacation park.
