Spend your vacation in this spacious Baltic Sea vacation home with a pool, which offers plenty of space and comfort with 96 m² of living area spread over two levels. This stylish semi-detached house is located in the popular Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst—ideal for families or small travel groups of up to six people.
On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming living area with a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. Up to six people can eat or play together at the large dining table. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher—ideal for a flexible stay.
Also on the first floor: a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a separate entryway with a coat closet. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terraces, which are perfect for sunbathing, dining, or relaxing.
Upstairs, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms—two of them with comfortable double beds (mattress size: 90 x 200 cm each), and the third with two single beds. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet ensures a relaxing and comfortable stay, even with multiple guests. Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge upon request.
A highlight is the vacation park’s pool, which you can use free of charge and is available year-round—a real bonus for your Baltic Sea vacation home with a pool. The sauna can also be used for a fee by prior arrangement.
The quietly situated vacation park on the edge of the forest offers plenty of recreational opportunities for young and old alike: A large playground with numerous play structures—including a climbing frame, slide, carousel, soccer field, and ping-pong table—as well as a play ship provide plenty of variety for children. The “Waldhaus” restaurant treats you to Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.
It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the center of Zingst. For electric car travelers, two modern charging stations with a total of four charging points have been available since 2024.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a merry-go-round, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine-sand beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been two charging stations, each with two charging points (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
