Featuring: 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, multiple entertaining rooms, Snap-Back Shuffle Board table, Ping Pong table, large fenced in back yard with a 6 person hot tub and deck for entertaining. Conveniently located in the desirable Skyland neighborhood, this home is ideally situated within walking distance to a private beach and the Zephyr Cove beach. Plus, with just a short drive to the Stateline area and Heavenly Village, you'll enjoy fabulous dining, casino gaming, shopping and entertainment making your Lake Tahoe vacation one to remember! Winters in Lake Tahoe-
In the Lake Tahoe area, there are 7 world class ski resorts from 5 minutes to 1 hour away. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year. Here in Lake Tahoe there is winter enjoyment for everyone:

Christmas Ski Trip

This property was AMAZING!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of space, comfortable furniture, very comfy beds, spacious backyard for kids to play, & basically everything you need is there. Property manager was extremely accommodating, he even was able to have a Christmas tree put up for us which made the little kids very happy (thank you Tom!!) We can’t wait to come back again! Do yourself a favor & book this house, you will LOVE IT!!!

Incredible Tahoe Home

This vacation rental was extraordinary. The owners thought of everything to make our stay luxurious and enjoyable. There’s plenty of areas to play games and relax. We really enjoyed the three fireplaces and large dining room table for family dinners. The extra circle kitchen table gave us more options for games or visiting. The hot tub was a dream after a day of skiing at Heavenly. We are already hoping to rent this property again next year.

Great Location!

Amazing spot!

We had such a wonderful relaxing weekend here in Zephyr cove. The property was beautifully decorated and felt like staying in a true Tahoe lodge. The fireplaces were so nice and toasty during the winter storm we had. There was plenty of room for 4 couples with everyone having their own room. We cooked meals twice and everything we needed was easily available. The views were gorgeous, the beds were comfy and the hot tub was so relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would absolutely book this place again!

Lovely neighborhood by the lake

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can access trails by the lake. It is very spacious. Lots of windows and natural light. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels were good quality. It could use some updating. Also, some of the info on the checkin paperwork was incorrect or missing (WIFI name and password, instructions for garbage) and the property manager acted bothered when I called and asked about it. Overall, a great stay with our adult children.

Best ski House I've ever rented

The house was absolutely beautiful it was very clean and the Jacuzzi was a must have if you're going skiing. We've rented many houses while traveling across the US and this has to be hands down one of the best that we've been able to stay at. Extremely spacious and close to all the action. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Family Vacation Home

The home was very clean and presented as beautifully as the photos showed. The beds, bedding and linens were very high quality and comfortable. There were games for the kids and the kitchen had much more than expected…..crock pot, ice cream maker, tons of dishes! We enjoyed the backyard, which was perfect for snow play for the kids during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Making Memories

The home was in a perfect location. Close to the private beach. Very enjoyable neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Homes are near...but never felt on top of you. Spacious property both inside and out. Would absolutely stay again.

Incredible Tahoe Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The floor plan worked perfectly for us and they even provided a baby gate for the stairs. We enjoyed eating outside on the deck amongst the trees and loved being able to walk to the private beach during our stay. Tami from the property management company was also very accommodating and helpful during our trip.

Beautiful

This home was amazing! Gorgeous and spacious inside and out. With peaks of the lake off the front deck. Close enough for a peaceful morning walk down to the lake to enjoy your coffee. Very well equipped and comfortable for all. Great for dinners and relaxing in, yet close enough to activities outside of the house.

Great House and Location!

Great stay. The house was big enough for our family and plenty to do around the area. The property managers were super nice and responsive! Two feedback I would give is 1. Check-in process, the stop to pick up the "keys" is probably not needed since it's a coded lock door. If there is a need to sign papers, DocuSign is a good option to save your travelers time. 2. There were things broken around the house but did not affect our stay, but because they charged a deposit we were afraid that these broken things will affect our deposit. Our thinking was that if they did charge deposit, why weren't these fixed when they were broken from previous renters. Because of these, everytime we found something broken, we had to take a picture and email the property manager to say we did not break this to make sure we weren't charged for it. Overall, it was a great stay. House had plenty of room for 3 families. Customer Service was super responsive and answered all our questions.

Merry Christmas

We just spent 10 wonderful days with our family at this lovely home. We had room to spread out and find some private time and plenty of room to all eat and play games together. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make meals , with covid almost all of our meals were at the house , The neighborhood is wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach and a perfect walk to Zephyr Cove through the woods. We romped in the snow in the backyard and the kids loved the hot tub in the snow. We even found a great sledding hill near by. Perfect vacation!

Perfect for our families

This property was perfect for our families. It is walking distance to a private beach, has a large enclosed backyard for the kids and is near state line. Property and home were clean and had everything we needed! I would def stay again

Great location

We had a pleasant stay here. Home is very large and very comfortable Great private beach just steps away so definitely get the beach pass. We also enjoyed 20 minute hike through park to zephyr cove. So nice not to have to drive. Great. Each and swimming all along beach between house and zephyr cove. Neighbors very friendly. Would not call this property luxurious as a little rough around the edges in spots, particularly master bath. But this place is very good value. Don’t understand need to check in at office when house has lock box. But would stay here again. Great house to share with another family
