We had a very poor experience with this Vrbo property managed by Vacasa, and I want to share our feedback so other families can make an informed decision.No flexibility or consideration during road closures:The summit roads were closed due to weather, which made it impossible for us to reach the property on time. While I understand that weather is unpredictable, there was absolutely no consideration or partial refund offered, even though we were forced to stay an extra night in Sacramento through no fault of our own. A bit of empathy or flexibility would have gone a long way.Serious safety issue that was ignored:A large Texas longhorn wall décor fell suddenly inside the home. This could have resulted in a major tragedy, as our kids were playing directly underneath it moments earlier. When we reported this extremely serious safety issue, there was no acknowledgment, apology, or follow-up from Vacasa. This was honestly the most concerning part of our stay.Missing basic amenities:The bathroom did not have body wash or enough towels for our family. The kitchen was missing basic items like a scrubber and detergent to wash utensils. These are very basic expectationsRigid checkout policy with no flexibility:Checkout was strictly enforced at 10:00 AM, with no option to extend even by an hour or two. Given the weather disruptions and overall circumstances, some flexibility would have been appreciated.We would not stay at a Vacasa-managed property again and do not recommend t
