"Didn’t get the room advertised on Expedia. Advertised private bathroom which ended up being a bathroom with a lock on it in a shared space where others could walk around. Food was in the fridge from previous tenant. No heat or ac and neighborhood is loud. Guy outside playing music on a boombox. Don’t recommend "

"No power, stairs were covered in trash. No one to help us climb 4 flights of stairs in the dark."

"We stayed the night to be close for the St Pattys parade and events. I spent extra money to have the little patio so we could vape (I had my medical card for medical reasons) and when arriving were told we would be charged a fee of $350 for smoking and vaping EVEN outside. Besides that, the room was absolutely perfect. So much room, such a beautiful bathroom, very clean. "

"The purpose of our stay was to have a relaxing weekend and make full use of the pool and hot tub areas and they were overrun with screaming children in the hot tub in the pool everywhere. It was very chaotic.. not to mention that the pool water was freezing We were definitely expecting much better things at this hotel considering the price point."

"Clean room. Convenient location. Heard some road noise through the night but if you’re a heavy sleeper it shouldn’t bother you. One of the elevators was out of order so it took a little longer to get to and from 8th floor. I would most likely stay again for location."

"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and all of the public areas were very clean and well maintained. I will say the room layout was a bit awkward. Having the hangers for clothes right above the refrigerator allowed for the clothes to constantly get in the way of closing the refrigerator, and overall it didn’t seem like the space was used efficiently. "Staff was very welcoming. Appreciated the smiles after traveling a ways to get to Pittsburgh. Located right in the action in downtown Pittsburgh! Room was very nice. Was concerned because we were in a room that was right next to the elevator and across the hall from a family with kids. Was VERY IMPRESSED that we didn’t hear the elevator OR noise from the hall! Room seemed very insulated. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast in the morning but chose the hotel for that perk. Will definitely...
