"Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. "Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing."

"My husband and I drove through Austria and the idea was to stop in small towns along the way. This hotel was a wonderful it has a great location and a fare breakfast. It is very close to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was next to the hotel and the service was very helpful and friendly. No elevators though but it wasn’t a big deal for us"

"Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Das Frühstück ist super. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es keine Supermärkte oder Restaurants in der Nähe gibt, man ist sehr aufs Auto angewiesen und muss runter in den Ort fahren. Es gibt im Hotel auch keine Getränke oder Snacks, die man kaufen kann. Im Sommer, wenn man flanieren möchte ist die Lage nicht optimal."

"The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture. Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all.
