Selva Cabin 2 is a fully self-contained 33 sqm mountain retreat in Zărnești — comfortable, well-equipped and ideally located for nature lovers, hikers and anyone wanting a genuine Transylvanian base. Piatra Craiului National Park is 2km away, the Libearty Bear Sanctuary 3km, and Bran Castle just 12km.

Sleeping and Living
Sleeps up to 4 guests. Private bedroom with king-size bed, hotel-quality linens and blackout curtains. Sofa bed with full mattress and protector in the living area for 2 additional guests. A Sony Smart TVs with cable in the bedroom and living room.

Kitchen
Open-plan kitchen with espresso machine (ground coffee provided), kettle, 2-ring induction hob, microwave, mini-fridge with freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, cookware and glassware. Everything needed for comfortable self-catering.

Bathroom
Private bathroom with shower, wall-mounted hairdryer and hotel-quality toiletries.

Climate and Comfort
Inverter AC in every room for both heating and cooling, underfloor heating, thermal boiler and remotely managed thermostat — the cabin is warm and ready when you arrive, in any season.

Outdoor Space
Private courtyard with table and 2 chairs. Shared BBQ grill for Cabins 2 and 4, located in the communal outdoor area.

Parking
2 private spaces in the courtyard, plus 1 additional space outside the fence.

Internet
500 Mbps fibre WiFi throughout.

Laundry
Shared washer, dryer and ironing facilities in the on-site laundry room, available for stays of 3+ nights.

• Ask if you have a question or issue: The key is just ask if you need something or want to know something. We appreciate the opportunity to make things more comfortable for you. Please text, we'll point you in the right direction.
• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.
