City Stay with 3 Bedrooms

Enjoy a comfortable and functional stay in this well-laid-out apartment in Zaragoza, designed to offer practicality and comfort for up to five guests. With three bedrooms and thoughtfully arranged common areas, this home is a great option for families, colleagues, or guests looking for a convenient base in the city.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The apartment accommodates up to five guests and features three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed, as well as a full bathroom with shower. The living-dining area is compact and practical, and each bedroom includes a desk, making the apartment especially suitable for study or remote work.

The apartment is equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, including radiator heating, fans in all bedrooms and in the living room.

The accommodation is equipped with:

- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee — Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper

Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: Double bed (2 guests)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (2 guests)
- Bedroom 3: Single bed (1 guest)

The apartment is located on Calle Montañés, in Zaragoza’s Delicias district, a practical and well-connected residential area that makes everyday stays easy and convenient. In the surroundings, guests will find a variety of local bars and restaurants, as well as shops, pharmacies, and other essential services, making it a comfortable base for both short and longer stays.

Please note:

- The apartment has radiator heating throughout the property.
- All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with fans.
- The living room includes a pouf and a coffee table that can be converted into a dining table.
- Four folding chairs are stored in the hallway closet for added flexibility.
- The building does not have a lift.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
