An Overview of the Sublime Villa
From the ample grounds to the private pool, the villa enclosed and natural setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. External Living | Pool, Hydromassage & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 swimming pool (1.50m depth) that can be heated (only September-November) with an additional fee, embellished with hydromassage features and lounge area with signature sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds.
