The Space:
Villa Contesina is a three storey building totalling 115sqm in area which can accommodate 4-6 persons.

The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and leads you to a spacious open plan living/dining area with open fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there is an impressive bathroom containing a hydro massage Jacuzzi. The large veranda has amazing views and is furnished with wooden table and fixed sofas.

A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the second floor where there is a romantic bedroom with four-poster double bed, veranda and its own private bathroom with shower.

From the first floor there is also a wooden stairway that takes you down to the ground floor which consists of two bedrooms with twin beds, bathroom with bathtub and kitchenette with a small refrigerator.

The outside area measures approx 70sqm in area and is accessible from the ground floor, leading to the private pool, sun lounging area with sunbeds and wooden pergola for relaxing moments in the sun.

Payment policy
A credit card is required to confirm the reservation
30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is needed to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 15 days prior to arrival..
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

In case of cancellation the 30% already paid as a deposit is not refundable.
For reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.
