Villa Arca is a newly built two storey stone Villa of 150s.q.m in Keri, Zakynthos. Built in a privileged location, among olive groves isolated from the prying eyes the Villa offers captivating, unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea as well as the most beautiful,enchanting sunset of Zakynthos!

The ideal choice for idyllic, relaxing, unforgettable holidays!

The ground floor consists of a spacious living dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The natural beauty of the landscape gets in through large windows and blends harmoniously with the elegant interiors. An internal staircase leads to the first floor that features three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Two bedrooms each having a double bed and a balcony with spellbinding view of the Ionian Sea where you can enjoy your morning coffee and local delicacies.

The third is a twin bedroom overlooking the green surroundings.

Both the architectural design of the villa and its elegant interior design using elements from nature, with no unnecessary features, create a warm, relaxing and at the same time luxurious scenery promising unforgettable moments for you and your family. Nothing can be compared with the location of the villa and the unobstructed view of the natural beauty of the area and the blue of the Ionian Sea from every corner of the Villa. Its 50 s.q.m furnished terrace with hydro pool overlooking the captivating sunset, where the colours of the sky blend with the sea create a serene setting.

Imagine sitting on the sun loungers soaking up the sun and enjoying any of your meals accompanied by the unobstructed view and the absolute privacy offered by Villa Arca! The outdoor area provides a shaded space with dining table to enjoy your meals, as well as a BBQ. All outdoor relaxation options offer magnificent views throughout the day as well as when the sun descends below the horizon creating shades of orange and deep red allowing you to unwind!!! Villa Arca has a private entrance and parking.

Villa Arca is located in one of the most popular tourist resorts on the island. The picturesque village of Keri with its cobbled narrow streets, the old locals houses and its small square with cafes and restaurants are reminiscent of the tranquility and peacefulness of past times which in combination with the unique sunset compose a beautiful setting. There is also an old Monastery worth visiting. Keri s Lighthouse at the very end of a cliff is a must see as from there you get the chance to experience the unique, breathtaking view of the sunset.

At a distance of 3 km is Keri Lake where you can swim in the sea and enjoy delicious food in one of the seaside restaurants offered in the area with wonderful views of the Ionian Sea and Marathonisi island. This beautiful island is an attraction for hundreds of tourists during the summer months. Also known as turtle island, due to its formation,is the place where the Caretta Caretta turtle coincidentally lays its eggs and thus is a protected area from the National Marine Park.

The island has two amazing caves ideal for snorkeling and two beaches one with golden sand and the other with pebbles.You can visit either of them by renting a private boat or choosing one of the guided tours available.

From the first guests

We have had the honor of being the first guests in this wonderful hidden gem of a house and we are naturally inclined not to tell anybody about it. Having conquered this inclination at the request of our host Stamatis, we can safely say that it must have one of the best views on the island. From the terrace, you have an unspoiled view westward on a small bay and an oasis of green. The sunsets are among the most beautiful we have ever witnessed. The house has all the luxury and utilities you can wish for and Stamatis made us feel very much at home by bringing us produce from the garden, wine and some very tasty greek dishes. The people from Vrbo (Aris and Alex) went to the same length to cater us in every way we could have wished for. Thank you for making our stay on Zakynthos an unforgettable one! Martijn, Sietske, Ines and Gijs.
