Aguacate Ioni is a brand new villa built in a private plot with olive trees, offering privacy and a magnificent aspect of local nature. It is located in Tsilivi area just a five minutes’ drive from the centre of Zakynthos town, ten minutes’ walk from the sandy beach of Tsilivi. The property is the perfect setting for a Mediterranean unforgettable holiday. The villa is carefully designed to offer privacy and supreme comfort for families, friends or couples. Choosing our villa as your holiday destination, ensure that all your expectations for a perfect holiday will be met during the most beautiful time of the year.

GROUND FLOOR
The interior is very elegantly decorated with high quality furniture, impeccably designed to offer a truly indulging holiday experience. The airy ground floor features a sizeable living room, a small bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with large sliding balcony doors. The kitchen has direct access to the private pool where you can relax surrounded by nature and soak up the warm Greek sun. There is a sofa, which can also accommodate one person.

1ST FLOOR
The sleeping area is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms (double bed-single beds) each with an ensuite bathroom. Each room has direct access to a private scenic veranda overlooking the garden with a view to the pool. Villas can accommodate up to 5 guests.

VILLA EXTERIOR
Private heated swimming pool (34sqm) including sun beds, umbrellas and sitting areas. The outside pergola is the perfect place for reading or dining. Also there is a private parking space. Make your evenings colourful with garden BBQ.

Beautiful

The property is just perfect, the communication from both Tasos and Vicky could not be faulted in any way, they could not have been any more attentive. Housekeeping service everyday, taxi to and from the airport arranged, the welcome package…everything was the best!!

Absolutely perfect

The villa, the location and the hosts were all absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Clean, nearby the tavernas and stores, but just on the outskirts so very peaceful and relaxing. Tasos and Anita were so kind and helpful and the housekeeping and pool maintenance team were attentive without being intrusive. I completely recommend this villa, and hope to return.

Exceptional villa and hospitality

We spent eight nights in one of the incredible Aquacate Villas, and couldn't have asked for more. Firstly, the villa - the photos on VRBO simply don't do it justice. Everything was immaculate, in terms of cleanliness, equipment and facilities. We had everything we needed to relax in style, both inside and outside the villa (around the pool). Secondly, the location itself. A good sized convenience store almost opposite the entrance to the villas, great for grabbing some water, beer, ice cream, etc. The main restaurants and bars in Tsilivi are around a ten minute walk away. They continue for quite a while, depending on which direction you walk. We found a great bar within five minutes of the villa, along with a Chinese restaurant, cake shop and coffee shop. The beach is around 15-20 minutes away by foot. We were very pleased with the location of the villa, purely because we were close enough to everything we needed, but also far enough away from any noise at night from the bars. Finally (and most importantly), was the hospitality. Tasos, Vicki and family were exceptional hosts. We were in regular contact with them before we arrived at the villa, and they made sure we were looked after from the moment we left the airport. The villa and pool area was cleaned every day and we were made to feel special through regular tips and advice on where to visit – not just in Tsilivi, but throughout Zante. Tasos, Vicki and family – Thank you for an outstanding holiday.

Fantastic!

What a beautiful villa! Perfectly located with a 5 min walk to the bars and restaurants of Tsilivi and 15 min walk to the beach. The villa was exceptionally clean, cleaners attended every two days. The villa was of a beautiful design with all equipment and appliances needed. The pool was lovely and warm and the outside area was quiet and relaxing. There is a great barbecue which we used a couple of times. All the coal, lighters, equipment was provided and the barbecue was even cleaned the morning after. The owners, Tasos and Vicki could not do enough for you. They were there to welcome us and to wave us off. Bringing little gifts for the kids. Such a lovely couple. I would 100% recommend this villa and the area of Tsilivi. I have nothing negative to say

The villa is stunning. Beautifully presented, clever design. Furniture and equipment is all high quality. The pool and area around it are immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners who keep everything pristine. It really is perfect - even better than the photos. We could not recommend this place more highly.
