The Space:
The villa measures 180 square meters and consists of two stories.
On the ground floor, one can find the fully equipped kitchen (complete with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a toaster), the living room and the dining area, which features a beautiful single-wood table. On the same floor there is also a WC and a storeroom with a washer.
Walking up the stairs one will find two bedrooms (one equipped with a queen-sized bed and another with two single ones) that share a common bathroom and access a balcony with a view of the swimming pool. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, couch that converts to a bed, a private bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view of the sea.
Stepping outside, there is a beautiful swimming pool (3.5m x 8m) with a maximum depth of 1.50m, complete with parasols, chaises longues, outdoor shower and a hammock. There is a built BBQ, so that the guests can grill the meals they desire, and an outdoor dining area to savor them. You can relax sitting outside and letting the evergreen surrounding olive trees calm your soul.

Payment policy
To confirm your booking, 30% of the total amount must be deposited in the accommodation's bank account on the day of the booking.

The remaining balance is payable 20 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is no longer available.



If your reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before arrival the deposit is refundable.
If booking is cancelled 29 days or less prior your arrival date or in case of no show or early departure, 100% is charged as cancellation fees.

Children aged up to 2 years old stay for free in a baby cot.
