Cozy Condo
Excellent place to stay when visiting Yuma! Other than having a small hiccup with the Internet, I/we would definitely go back and stay again. This cozy little condo does not disappoint! Very clean, true to the pictures, comfortable beds, and a great place to cook meals to save money. The owners communicated clearly, and quickly. We were able to spend quality time together as a family. Close to shopping, military base, and restaurants.

This was a great little house,very clean and owners very nice. Great location and close to everything. Walmart is less than half a mile way. Palm shopping mall 10 minutes or less away. Will definitely book a stay here again!

Great Place
Wonderful home away from home for the two of us. Located in a family type neighborhood. We felt very comfortable and safe. Close to shopping places and restaurants. The home was very clean with adequate kitchen and bathroom supplies. The host Kindra was the best! She went above and beyond with communication and accommodations. The back yard had nice seating and a gas grill. The garage was an added bonus to keep the vehicle out of the heat and unloading/loading. We would definitely stay again if in the Yuma area!

2 night stay with 3 kids
The pictures are very accurate & the house was very clean! I only cooked a couple meals, but the kitchen was fully equipped, the condiments were helpful & the snacks were a nice touch! Location was close to everything & the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Kindra was also detailed and efficient in communication, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

Fantastic little house!
Loved this little house…it was perfect for hubby and myself. We really loved the king bed with wonderful sheets. The back yard and bbq were a nice plus. Enjoyed the jets from MCAS! They didn’t bother us at night! Great location near Walmart. Very quiet at night. Overall a great stay!

Very lovely condo very convenient very clean
I stayed at the condo the week after christmas. I was visiting my daughter and spouse. The condo was very clean very modern very convenient. It's close to Walmart seriously like less than a mile away and restaurants and gas stations. The area was very safe. The home was very new and very nice. I definitely would stay a second time. The only thing I do have to mention is it's very close to the air base and there were a few days when the fighter planes came flying over and the house did Shake lol but it was few and far between. And there was a neighborhood dog not directly in the backyard but somewhere close that barked every night from about 5:00 till 9:00. It must have been the time his owners came home and let him out. But it was always over by 9:00 p.m.

I came down to Yuma to visit my son who is a marine. We had an amazing time. The house is very clean and had all the essentials. I was able to make my son’s favorite meal. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this place and especially if you have a marine. It’s very close to base. Thanks again!!

Seasonal Flair
We came to spend holiday time with our son who serves at MCAS. Upon walking through the door we were greeted with a Christmas tree and several other seasonal touches. I was so surprised and thankful for that extra thoughtfulness. We all fell right back into our familiar rhythm and traditions as if we were at home. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again next time we visit him.

Quiet Neighborhood
This property looks just as shown in the photos. It’s spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host is thoughtful, considerate and always available. Some of the things that were provided for us were bottled water, Keurig coffee pods, a variety of chips and cookies, and bathroom and laundry supplies. The backyard patio is comfortable and quiet. This will be the first place I’ll check for availability whenever we visit the Yuma area. This was so much better than a hotel. Thank you, Kindra, for making us feel at home!

Great Yuma Stay
When Kendra and Derrick told us we were their first guests I was kind of surprised when I saw the home; they have done a great job preparing it and they are going to be great hosts. They were very accommodating and greeted us when we arrived, and were very nice, they showed us around and showed us where everything was and how things worked. We have been a VRBO Premier Partner & an ABB Super host since 2016 and they are honestly starting out really well. They have it decorated and equipped with everything you need, esp for just opening. It has a wonderful Kit/DR/Great Rm area w/ a large screen TV. The garage was so nice to park in and keep the car cooler and unload things in the shade. It is located 5 min. away from stores and restaurants if we needed anything. It is located in a nice family type neighborhood, and we felt very comfortable and safe. We were in Yuma doing some dental work in Los Algodones and their house is only 15 min. away from the border and it worked out great going back and forth. The MBR has a very comfortable king bed & TV so we could lay down and rest & recuperate, and stay entertained to help make the time go by faster. After our surgeries Kendra even offered to bring us some "soft eating" groceries, very thoughtful. We are looking forward to staying there again next fall when we have to return to finish our dental work. Kendra & Derrick, thank you again! Tom & Tye
