"This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my entire trip to China and the spots I stayed at before this were all 4-5 star hotels. This place was just so cozy it had such a homey feel. The rooms were super clean, there was attention to detail like restocking water in the room everyday and the best thing was the staff. The girl at the front Jojo or 周燏嫣 was so helpful and kind. She was super knowledgeable about all the parks and went out of her way to help us map out the route for each park and...

"I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."

"The rooms were extremely clean and very spacious. Each room had a toilet with a bidet. The bed sheets were spotless. Breakfast was great too! This is a great hotel also because it is walking distance to the Tianmen mountain entrance."

"I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!"

"5 start just cuz is the limit, but the hotel is crazy nice, very close to the Park. And what can I say about the owner? Simply amazing, a really kind, respectful and helpful guy. He also offered me and my girlfriend a traditional tea before goin to sleep. I really loved the hotel!"

"Room was big but quite dated. Carpet had holes that were patched by putting cut out squares. It’s a decent stay but not 5 star hotel."

"We ordered a smoke free room but still could smell cigarettes from the AC or door gaps. Even the towels had a faint odor of cigarettes on some days. The staff don't do anything about it, as smoking in places you're not supposed to is still very tolerated in China. Disappointing, non smokers shouldn't be second class citizens."
