Welcome to Desert Regal! Looking for an oasis to getaway with your friends and family? Look no further! Our home is a 6 bedroom, 2 bath resort style home with a pool, outdoor shower, and an oversize hot tub. It sits on 2.5 acres of desert landscape. We are centrally located, 10 minutes away from the Joshua Tree National Park and 7 minutes away from the closest grocery store. Come and experience the magic of the desert with your loved ones and enjoy making memories here that will last a lifetime! GUEST ROOM 3 - Queen size Murphy bed - Full size mirror - We provide a clothing rack for your belongings - Smart TV - French doors that lead straight to the pool area ☆ DETACHED STUDIO ****THERE IS NO BATHROOM IN THE STUDIO****** - 2 Bedrooms * Full size beds in each room * Does NOT have a closet but we provide a mirror, storage bench and a clothing hook rack to hang your clothes in each bedroom - Shared living room area - Garage with a sofa and a pool table ☆ OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES ☆ - Pool - 9-10 person hot tub - Outdoor shower - 2 daybeds - swing set - 80 ft bocce ball - Outdoor dining area - Pool table in the garage - Large fireplace table - place to do outdoor yoga ( we provide yoga mats during your stay) If the dates you want are unavailable please check out our other property in Joshua Tree, Alpaca Mesa. The neighborhood is very quite. To get to the house you do have to drive on a dirt road for 0.25 miles. Please don’t hesitate to reach out! We hope to host you soon! The casita has 2 bedrooms and does NOT have a restroom. Restrooms are only inside the main house. Both bedrooms in the casita do not have a full closet. We do provide a storage bench and a hook to hang your cloths on. Here in the Hi-Desert there is wildlife so please be aware you might see snakes, coyotes, rabbits and all kinds of critters. So please bring all food and utensils back inside the house. Do not feed the wildlife! We do require all of our guests to be fully verified with Airbnb. SERVICE PROVIDERS - During your stay, you may encounter maintenance and upkeep staff. Please allow them on to the property to do their jobs as scheduled. We will do our best to address unforeseen circumstances. - Landscaper Scheduled as needed - Pool and hot tub spa: Thursday. Sometimes Friday depending on providers schedule EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT- We do provide early check in for our guest at 11:00 a.m. , if available, for a fee of $150. Also for a late check out at 3 p.m if available for a $150 fee. Please let me know prior to booking if interested. SECURITY CAMERAS - For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras monitoring the outdoor gate. Cameras do not monitor the interior or outdoor living areas. RENTAL ORDINANCE- Please pay attention to the relevant short-term rental ordinances in accordance with county or city guidelines. If you violate any ordinance and as a result the property is fined, you will be responsible for payment of the fine. LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool and spa, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the pool and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless. Dogs- We do allow dogs with a pet fee of $95 for the first 2 dogs. Then $25 for each after the first 2 for your whole stay. We do have a maximum limit of 4 dogs during your stay. Please read the house rules on pets.

Desert sanctuary

We had an incredible time celebrating my birthday. The property is beautiful and well appointed. Communication from the host was impeccable. Can’t wait to stay again!
