With amenities like WiFi, AC, a washing machine, and family games, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property. You are within walking distance from Starbucks, Vons, and Applebees, and are only a 9 minute driving distance to Joshua Tree National Park! With the airport visible from the patio, you and your family can be entertained watching private planes land and take off. This house was indeed cute and charming! First of all, the house is beautiful, I love all the architectural features like the fireplace and adobe tiles and the ceramic pottery sink - so precious. Upon arrival, I felt so welcomed by the little snacks and refreshments, ty for that little extra bit of preparation. I also appreciate how well stocked the house was with things you might want/need during the stay. The location is super convenient to grocery stores and shops and the highway and I love how quiet and beautiful the neighborhood is. Got to see some wildlife while hanging out in the patio too! Tysm for the relaxing stay!

Exceeded Expectations

This was a perfect house for our visit to the Joshua Tree area. The host was over-the-top accommodating and available for questions. Honestly, one of the best hosts we've had! The property is lovely, quiet, close to everything and "chic" in many ways. The layout, amenities, and decor were very comfortable. Highly recommend it!!

Late Winter Visit to Joshua Tree NP

A friend and I visited southern California for several days in order to go hiking in Joshua Tree NP, staying at this lovely home in central Yucca Valley from which we staged our daily visits to the park. The location was perfect in two respects: (1) the three western entrances to Joshua Tree were only 12 to 20 minutes’ drive away and (2) and a variety of local restaurants, stores, and other businesses are in immediate proximity to the home. Despite the latter, the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood.The home itself is spacious, well furnished, clean, and quite comfortable. The kitchen is more than fully equipped, and there is an ample supply of linens, blankets, etc., plus a number of other amenities. The host – Karah – was very accessible, responsive, and eager to make sure everything was in working order, our questions answered, and any needs met. With respect to the former, Karah unexpectedly refunded us 20 of our fee to compensate for a not-fully-functional front door handle (the locking mechanism was fully operable) that she was unable to get repaired in time for our visit – we did not even notice this until she brought it to our attention. This was much appreciated and indicative of her concern for her guests.Our only suggestion for improvement would be to provide written instructions for operating the thermostat, which is not readily intuitive.Overall, a great stay and we would gladly stay there again on a future visit.Stephen K.
