Staff was great. Room was horrible. Smelled musty, floor was wet in front of bath room. Water had seaped under the tiles. We had to leave a towel on the floor for two days to sop up the water. The view n balcony were superb as were the queen beds. The A/C worked well. As for the negative I paid thru you then they charged me again at ck in.
