Great location inside the park!

Excellent location. Spacious, open floor plan. Upstairs has a cool windowed area that lets you see all around the property. Kitchen is stocked with the common stuff. Plenty of blankets and towels. We had 7 (3 kids 4 adults) and two bathrooms were a bit of a challenge sometimes, but not overly so. Drive times are ~15-20 minutes to valley floor, Glacier Point, and Mariposa Grove depending on park traffic. A few things to note that would further improve the property. 1) The couch cushions in the living room have seen better days. Some of them were torn with stuffing coming out. 2) The second floor master bath doesn't have a door, but does have a pull out couch. Easy to sleep kids with parents, but the lack of the bathroom door makes for noise issues. Installing a barn door like the 1st floor bedroom would make the setup perfect. 3) The internet is present, but almost unusable. We saw 2Mbps down and 0.2 Mbps up. Some of the neighboring houses have Starlink, would be great to see the property upgraded as well. Handling email with a modern client was a challenge. Still can't beat the location though without staying in the valley and then you don't have a good kitchen and full size fridge. We look forward to renting again in Yosemite West!

Very difficult to find the location. The address number is out of sequence. Otherwise it is nice

Thr phone key pad is not working . There is no cellphone signal around the area. So when you got lost, it will be hard to find the location

Home away from home

This property was very nicely decorated with lots of extra attention to detail by providing items you may enjoy having on vacation, for example, coffee and tea. It was nice for my family to still be together but also to have some room to spread out. It did get a little warm during the day without AC but we found out it we shut the curtains that did make the temperature more comfortable. They also had fans available. Would definitely recommend this property for your getaway, the area is stunning!

Overall a nice unit

This is a new 3 BR 2 BA home, 2 BR and 1 Bath up and the other bed and bath down. We had 3 adult couples in the home and the living areas are spacious and the furnishings are new, attractive and in good condition. There are only 2 mirrors in the home, one in each bath which was somewhat limiting. The upstairs bath is in the master bedroom and there is no door limiting its use to the couple in that room. The other 2 couples had to share a downstairs bath which was also somewhat limiting. The downstairs bedroom is really more like an office with a door right on the entry and has no closet. We had a difficult time finding the unit because the homes on the street are not sequentially numbered. So this unit was not next door to another with an address just 2 numbers different, it was a half a block further down the road, we spent about 20 minutes looking for the unit (and because there is no cell service we couldn't contact the property manager), this created some unnecessary drama.

Lovely house

Great house, clean and warm. There were 5 of us and we all had plenty of room. The only thing we'd say was that the kitchen needs a few more items - e.g. an oven tray of some kind (there were none). Otherwise excellent experience!

BEAUTIFUL AND GREAT SERVICE

Absolutely beautiful home, it does have 3 bedrooms, but a loft area, and a big living room. You can def bring friends and family! Had a great time, didn't need to call management at all. Perfect all around!

Couldn't have been more pleased

It was so nice to come into such a nice place after a long day of 'getting there.' Space to separate as well as come together for a multi-generational family group. The house was neat, clean, fresh and had a warm, functional environment. Having the sofa bed that the children used located in the master worked well for us. Care taker checked on us after it snowed; amongst other properties, but still felt individual due to the orientation and layout design of the other buildings. Very nice - thank you!
